Day-wise Itinerary

Arrive in Paris and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free.
Visit the Palace of Versailles (entry tickets not included), then return to Paris for the artists' quarter of Montmartre and a guided city tour with a local expert.
Enjoy the view from the second floor of the Eiffel Tower and a Seine cruise. In the late afternoon, drive to Rouen, the capital of Normandy, for time in its historic centre.
After a walk in Rouen, drive north and take the ferry across the English Channel. Stop in Canterbury, England's spiritual capital, then continue to London to see Tower Bridge.
Guided tour of London, including Buckingham Palace for the Changing of the Guard when it takes place. Free afternoon, and in the evening a walk through Leicester Square and Soho.
Visit the British Museum, then lunch in lively Camden. Leave London for Colchester, England's oldest recorded town, and board the overnight ferry to the Netherlands.
Arrive in the Netherlands in the morning and visit the fishing village of Volendam. Guided tour of Amsterdam's canals, with an evening transfer to Rembrandtplein.
Enter Germany and visit Hamelin, the town of the Pied Piper. Pass Marienborn, the former East–West German border, and arrive in Berlin in the evening.
Guided tour of Berlin, including the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall museum. In the evening we take you to the lively Kantstraße area.
Drive through forested countryside to Dresden, the elegant baroque city on the Elbe. Cross into the Czech Republic and arrive in Prague, with an evening transfer to Old Town Square.
Guided tour of Prague with a visit inside Prague Castle and a boat ride on the Vltava River. Free afternoon.
Drive into Bavaria for free time in Munich, then cross into Austria to Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol surrounded by the Alps. Time in the evening to explore the old town.
Visit the Swarovski Crystal Worlds, then spend time in Innsbruck before driving on Alpine roads to the famous ski resort of Kitzbühel. Overnight in Salzburg.
Morning in Salzburg, Mozart's birthplace, then drive through the lakes and peaks of the Salzkammergut. Stop in the pilgrimage village of St Wolfgang and cruise on Lake Traunsee from Traunkirchen. Arrive in Vienna in the evening.
Guided tour of Vienna with a free afternoon. In the evening we take you to the wine taverns of Grinzing.
After breakfast, your tour ends. Airport transfer can be arranged on request.
