For bookings and visa assistance we may additionally require passport details, addresses and other documentation you choose to share.

We also collect basic, non-identifying information about how our website is used (pages visited, browser type) to improve your experience.

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and itineraries, process bookings and payments, arrange visas, insurance and supplier services, and — where you have opted in — send you travel offers and newsletters. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

To deliver your holiday, relevant details are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with hotels, airlines, transport operators, embassies and insurance providers. Each partner receives only the minimum information required to deliver their service.

Personal data is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Only authorised staff of Sheeraz Tours may access booking records, and all sensitive documents shared for visa processing are handled confidentially and deleted once the purpose is served, unless retention is legally required.

Enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months if no booking follows. Booking records and associated financial documents are retained for the period required under Indian tax and accounting law.
