1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after Sheeraz Tours (P) Ltd. ("the Company") receives the applicable advance payment and the guest accepts this itinerary in writing. A confirmation voucher with booking references will be shared over email or WhatsApp.

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are based on current rates from hotels, airlines and ground suppliers. Any increase in fuel surcharges, taxes, government levies or currency fluctuations before departure may be passed on to the guest.

2. Website Prices & Taxes

All prices shown on this website are tentative starting prices per person on twin sharing, based on the lowest available rate. They are indicative only and are subject to availability; prices for international holidays are also subject to currency exchange rates. Your final price is confirmed in your written quotation.

A price is guaranteed only once the booking is confirmed and the advance payment is received. Until then it may change with travel dates, season, hotel and flight availability, supplier revisions and exchange rates.

Prices for holidays within India are shown excluding GST, which is charged as applicable at the time of booking. International holiday prices exclude GST and TCS unless stated otherwise in the package details.

3. Payment Schedule

A non-refundable advance of 25% of the package value is required to secure a booking. The balance must be cleared no later than 30 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards or cheque. All payments must be made directly to Sheeraz Tours (P) Ltd. accounts; the Company is not responsible for amounts paid to any other party.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) by the person who made the booking. The following cancellation charges apply per person: 30+ days before departure — 25% of package value; 29–15 days — 50%; 14–7 days — 75%; within 7 days or no-show — 100%.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days of cancellation approval, by the original mode of payment. Refund amounts may further be reduced by non-recoverable supplier charges such as airline tickets issued at non-refundable fares.

5. Changes & Amendments

Date changes or amendments to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may attract re-booking fees from suppliers. One free amendment is permitted up to 30 days before departure; subsequent changes are charged at actuals.

6. Travel Documents & Visas

Guests are responsible for holding valid passports (6 months validity beyond return date), appropriate visas and required health certificates. The Company provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approval, which rests solely with the issuing authority. Visa fees once submitted are non-refundable.

7. Health, Safety & Conduct

Guests are expected to be in adequate health for the trip booked and to carry necessary medication. The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for behaviour endangering other travellers, staff or property, without refund.

8. Liability

The Company acts as an agent for transporters, hotels and other independent suppliers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, injuries, losses or additional expenses. Force majeure events — including weather, natural disasters, political unrest or government restrictions — entitle the Company to alter itineraries without liability.

The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the package amount received from the guest for the specific booking in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
