Day-wise Itinerary

Arrive in London and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to settle in and explore.
Morning guided tour of London's landmarks. In the evening, soak up the atmosphere of Leicester Square, Chinatown and Soho.
Head north to Cambridge and its riverside colleges, then to York with its Roman walls and magnificent Minster. Overnight in the medieval city of Durham.
Visit Alnwick, whose castle starred in the Harry Potter films, then cross into Scotland. Guided tour of Edinburgh, a World Heritage city.
A scenic drive through the Highlands via Pitlochry to Loch Ness, with a visit to Urquhart Castle and a boat ride on the loch. Continue past lochs and mountain villages to Glasgow. In winter, the route changes for weather: Pitlochry with a whisky distillery visit, Stirling Castle (admission included) and the Kelpies, then Glasgow.
Take the ferry to Northern Ireland and spend time in Belfast, a city shaped by its complex history. Continue to Dublin, arriving in the evening.

Leave Dublin for the Powerscourt Gardens, then visit lively Kilkenny and the dramatic Rock of Cashel. Arrive in Cork in the evening, with dinner included.
Visit Charles Fort and the harbour town of Kinsale. In Killarney, ride a jaunting car through the national park to Ross Castle and enjoy a lake cruise. Stop in pretty Adare, then overnight in Limerick. Dinner included.
Step back in time at Bunratty Folk Park, see the ancient Poulnabrone Dolmen in the Burren and stand atop the towering Cliffs of Moher. Arrive in Galway in the evening.
Visit the lakeside village of Cong with its abbey and castle, and the monastic ruins of Clonmacnoise on the Shannon. Return to Dublin in the evening.
Take the morning ferry across the Irish Sea to Wales. Visit Caernarfon and its UNESCO-listed castle, then continue to Liverpool, the city of the Beatles.
